  • Ashfaq Rahman ().  Penn Computer and Information Science (MSE).

This is a Business Intelligence application, QI that I am developing in C#. The application aims to analyze the different types of relationships that exist within an organizational structure in the form of a visual directed graph representation with nodes indicating entities and links denoting correspondence between entities, their importance relevance and strength of communication. I have been doing some considerable research in the grad school in the areas of AI, machine learning, data mining and natural language processing approach. I am applying my research finidings in this domain to bring out concepts out of the relationships. The system will help the management in decision making purpose regarding different organizational aspects i.e sales relationships of sales representatives with customers, sales rep turnover, performance assessment of employees, identification of important people during merger of two companies for layoff decisions, organizational  estructuring, assessment of communication and collaboration productivity etc.
